An increasing number of tips from local villagers along the Pakistan border, has led American troops several Taliban leaders. The resulting firefights left seven dead, including one Taliban leader (Raz Mohammad) and a bomb making workshop . Because the Taliban hide in villages, civilians are often killed in the crossfire.
